Responsibilities
- Translating technical requirements into business-friendly language and vice versa, where applicable.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Configuration.
- Liaising between stakeholders and the technical team.
- Configure Solution Designs and Component based Design & development via SFDC platform and ensure it is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Manage dependencies between application components (within and external to Digital Capability) design & development.
- Analyse impact of change requests, including recommendations.
- Ensure quality of design and operational control characteristics.
- Documentation of client-based requirements.
- Aiding in guiding the design of solutions.
- Managing internal stakeholders.
- Providing training workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience.
- 3+ years’ experience consulting within the core Salesforce clouds.
- Fluent English.
- Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts.
- Ability to work and deliver creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment. - Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level.
- Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities.
- Designing solutions and system functionalities according to business requirements.
- Performing and documenting the result of business and system analysis.
- Salesforce Certified (Admin, Sales, Service or Experience Cloud Consultant).
- Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM).
