Responsibilities
- Maintaining a diverse and effective workforce Ensuring that full lifecycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs committed within the approved deal model.
- Coordinating the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
- Providing metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential issues and driving resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional. teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience.
- Establishing budgets, operational plans, and performance requirements.
- Resolving operational issues.
- Weighing alternatives and considering service and business implications of decisions.
- May be involved with accounts spanning multiple geographies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the role (PM).
- 3+ years of experience in the software services industry as a software engineer (developer).
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience in direct contact with clients.
- Experience in aligning IT services with the needs of the business – Service Level, Availability, resource forecasting, and Capacity Management.
- Entrepreneurial thinking.
- PMP knowledge is desirable.
- English proficiency (advanced level) is a must.
- Experience in Product Development.
- Ability to define and measure Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience working under SLA agreements.
- Personality: Methodic, Analytical, Proactive.
