Job Description: Lead AEP Developer

About Us: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Lead AEP Developer to join our dynamic team. As the successful candidate, you will take charge of leading the development of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions for our esteemed clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and data science, to deliver innovative and effective solutions that precisely align with our clients’ business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead AEP Solutions:
   • Spearhead the development and implementation of AEP solutions for our clients.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEP solutions aligned with our clients’ business objectives.
3. Data Models and Integration:
   • Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.
4. Data Governance:
   • Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data.
5. Performance and Security:
   • Ensure AEP solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
6. Technical Guidance:
   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.
7. Industry Trends:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digital marketing.

Minimum Qualifications and Technical Skills:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   • At least 5+ years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
3. Data Expertise:
   • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
4. Agile Methodologies:
   • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
5. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Leadership Skills:
   • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers.
7. Independence and Ownership:
   • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and deliverables.
8. Integration Experience:
   • Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus.
