Job Description: AEP Solution Architect

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

As an AEP Solution Architect (SA), you will play a pivotal role in our client accounts, holding a strategic position. Your responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Solution Design:
   • Understand the business needs of our clients and design technical solutions to meet those needs.
2. Technological Expertise:
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, ensuring the utilization of the most effective solutions.
3. Mentorship:
   • Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
   • A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience.
2. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):
   • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Experience Data Model (XDM), Adobe Journey Optimizer.
3. Cloud Technologies:
   • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and their integration with Adobe Experience Platform.
4. Customer Journey Analytics:
   • Good understanding of Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Launch.
5. Hands-on Expertise:
   • Hands-on experience with XDM design, Data sources, Destinations, Audience segmentation, Identity graph, and profiling.
6. Journey Optimization:
   • Hands-on experience in building complex journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and analyzing data.
7. Data Privacy:
   • Good understanding of data privacy best practices.
8. Integration and Development:
   • Experience with Data integration, ETL processes, and API development using tools like Postman, Adobe I/O, Adobe Sensei, and Adobe Experience Platform APIs.
9. Web Technologies:
   • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
10. Activation Platforms:
    • Experience with activation platforms and concepts (e.g., CMS, DAM, ad serving).
11. Pre-sales Support:
    • Support the Sales Team for pre-sales activities, including technical questionnaires, platform solution integration recommendations, solution architecture, estimates, proposal presentations, etc.
12. Architectural Vision:
    • Outline current and future vision architecture, including traceability from business and IT strategies to suggested technologies.
13. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate on initiatives to maintain productive foundations through upgrades and continuous improvements.
