Job Description: Client Success Executive (AEM)

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for their success.
  2. Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with clients on marketing campaigns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their goals and objectives.
  3. Marketing Production Oversight:
    • Provide oversight to marketing production activities, including project management, email production, landing pages, and microsite creation.
  4. Agency Resourcing Coordination:
    • Coordinate agency resourcing, assigning tasks, forecasting needs, and providing utilization reporting.
  5. Collaborative Execution:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ad hoc emails or automation, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
  6. Best Practices Advisory:
    • Offer insights on best practices, leveraging expertise in marketing mix, multi-channel strategies, optimization, and automation capabilities.
  7. Performance Enhancement:
    • Continuously seek opportunities for performance improvement, refining processes, and enhancing analytics to increase ROI and customer satisfaction.
  8. Email Channel Oversight:
    • Manage the performance of the email channel, setting acquisition targets, optimizing campaigns, and supporting customer and awareness campaign objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in a client success or similar role.
    • Prior experience with Oracle Responsys and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly valued.
  2. Marketing Production:
    • Familiarity with deploying high-frequency emails in an email marketing platform, especially Oracle Responsys.
    • Understanding of basic HTML and troubleshooting simple HTML errors.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Experience or familiarity with web content management platforms, with a preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  4. Resource Management:
    • Experience with resource management solutions, with a preference for familiarity with tools like Wrike.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies, and tradeoffs in both speech and writing.
  6. Time Management:
    • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
  7. Collaborative Approach:
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, engaging with multiple teams, including marketing, web development, and digital marketing.
  8. Results-Driven:
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving client objectives and delivering successful campaigns.
