Job Description: Senior Workfront Fusion Developer
Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Senior Workfront Fusion Developer, bringing 3-6 years of valuable expertise in workflow automation. This pivotal role involves optimizing and overseeing our Workfront platform, focusing on ensuring its efficient operation, implementing automation solutions, and providing crucial support to various teams in refining project management processes for our clients.
Experience Required:
- 3-6 years of technology-related experience.
- 2-3 years in a role involving Workfront Fusion Development or a similar capacity.
Location:
Work from Coimbatore, Bangalore, or Contract bases.
Candidate Requirements:
- Workfront Fusion Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of Workfront Fusion, encompassing its capabilities, features, and integration nuances with other systems. This includes adept knowledge of Workfront API and Webhooks.
- Programming Proficiency:
- Proficient in programming languages and scripting, particularly JavaScript. Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP requests is imperative for seamless integration of Workfront with other systems.
- Integration Mastery:
- Expertise in integrating Workfront with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) using a custom fusion framework.
- Workflow Configuration:
- Configuration of marketing workflows, assets/calendar, and approval processes within the Workfront platform.
- Fusion Integration:
- Proficient in Fusion integration, encompassing the build and configuration of automated workflow/tasks from creation to execution.
- Database and SQL Knowledge:
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is advantageous, particularly when dealing with data storage and retrieval in Workfront Fusion.
- Web Development Acumen:
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial. This is particularly relevant for creating custom user interfaces within Workfront Fusion or embedding Fusion into other web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Translation:
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Workfront configurations and solutions.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end users on Workfront functionality, best practices, and system updates.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 members, overseeing task execution and ensuring timely delivery to the client.
