Job Title: Presales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-thinking individual to join our team as a Presales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving successful sales cycles, ensuring our products and solutions align with customer needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver winning strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product and Solution Alignment:
    • Ensure that the products, services, or solutions offered are relevant, effective, and the right fit for the customer’s requirements.
    • Identify customer needs and actively contribute to the development of proposals throughout the sales cycle.
  2. Collaborative Strategy Development:
    • Facilitate collaboration among commercial, technical, and business teams to create a cohesive winning strategy.
    • Understand the challenges and problems that need to be addressed, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
  3. Resource Optimization:
    • Maximize the value of proposals by ensuring that all relevant Globant resources, experiences, and capabilities are leveraged effectively.
    • Score opportunities to prioritize the allocation of resources and focus on key priorities.
  4. Competitor Intelligence:
    • Gather intelligence on location/account competitors, including value proposition descriptions, SWOT analyses, and rate cards.
    • Provide competitor information to the Account Team to enhance strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and account teams to strategize and contribute to the growth of existing accounts and the acquisition of new ones (farming/hunting).
  6. Performance Reporting:
    • Report on Presales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to drive regional strategy.
  7. Custom Framework Development:
    • Define custom frameworks, if necessary, to address specific needs or contexts within the region or portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in presales, with a track record of successfully contributing to sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and the ability to understand and articulate complex concepts.
  • Knowledge of industry competitors and market dynamics.
