Job Title: Senior Consultant – Commercial Area
Job Mission:
The Senior Consultant plays a vital role in achieving company objectives by virtually assisting prospects in their native languages, providing authorized information about the EB3 program tailored to each prospect’s needs. This role involves conducting eligibility validations, addressing objections, following approved commercial pitches, and overseeing the documentation and execution of information processes to achieve successful engagements
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and punctually attend to prospects virtually in their required language, utilizing necessary tools and reviewing available customer information in advance.
- Provide correct and authorized information about the EB3 program, tailoring approaches to each prospect’s case, addressing inquiries, and handling objections effectively.
- Escalate potential issues or uncertainties with prospects to supervisors for proper management.
- Finalize engagements, determining immediate or future linkages, and qualify deals appropriately (SQL).
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on deals using CRM, WhatsApp, EMAIL, DOCUSIGN, ensuring successful closures with each prospect.
- Prepare required reports or summaries of engagements for end-of-month consolidation of organic or referred leads.
- Achieve defined linkage quotas through effective client management, aiming for expected conversion rates (effective meetings versus linkages).
- Ensure proper documentation of all linkages, providing complete and high-quality client folders to initiate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields related to commercial practice and communication, such as Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Studies or training related to sales, communication, and writing.
- Proficiency in office tools.
- Time management skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in services.
