Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of complex marketing technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation within our clients’ marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall MarTech roadmap, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across the program lifecycle.
- Technical Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise to guide the team and find effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing program management methodologies and driving efficiency within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years focused on marketing technology solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data management platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist).
- Passion for marketing technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
