Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing technology initiatives, including implementation and integration. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and use project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, marketing teams, and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with advancements in marketing technology, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and customer data platforms. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices in the implementation and integration of marketing technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement measurement and tracking mechanisms to monitor project performance and its impact on business objectives. Prepare and present regular status reports, performance analyses, and optimization recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure that all projects comply with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and data security practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within project management and technology implementation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team by staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the MarTech space, with a focus on marketing technology or digital marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
