Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and innovative marketing strategies to acquire new users and increase app registrations.
  • Create, execute, and monitor user acquisition campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and in-app banners.
  • Manage the platform’s loyalty program, ensuring users have access to appealing offers and monitoring related campaign performance.
  • Analyze the user acquisition and retention funnel, identifying optimization opportunities for growth.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns (emails, social media posts, banners, etc.) and collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives tailored to the Ecuadorian market, adapting global campaigns to resonate with the local audience.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance, suggesting data-driven improvements and implementing success metrics.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar for Ecuador, including promotional events, special dates, and app feature launches.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership in Brazil and the local market, ensuring strategies align with global planning.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in digital marketing, particularly in user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Experience with loyalty programs or rewards clubs is a plus.
  • Strong content creation and social media management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the Ecuadorian market is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop for graphic design and promotional content.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Skills in editing short videos or creating simple animations for campaigns.
