Talent Acquisition Analyst
📍 Location: Miami, FL
A leading travel agency specializing in cruise vacations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR team. This role will focus on generalist HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruiting sales agents in the cruise, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment industries.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruiting cycles for three seasonal hiring waves (Job Posting, Screening, Interviews, Onboarding).
🔹 Talent Management: Support employee engagement initiatives, low turnover strategies, and potential development programs.
🔹 Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure new hires are properly onboarded, including E-Verify, legal documentation, and equipment setup.
🔹 HR Reporting & Surveys: Conduct engagement surveys and track key HR metrics to support business decisions.
🔹 Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Organize inclusion events and cultural engagement activities.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on recruitment.
✅ Experience in recruiting customer service & sales professionals within the cruise, tourism, or hospitality industries.
✅ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where daily challenges may shift.
✅ Bachelor’s degree required; HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) are highly desirable.
✅ Fluent English (100%); Spanish is a plus.
✅ Experience with HR systems (BambooHR) and automated benefits portals (desirable).
✅ Strong patience, listening skills, and empathy.
✅ Understanding of compliance issues, commission structures, and relocation complexities.
