All developers can join our recruitment process based on the following criteria to get featured for remote jobs:
Based in: LATAM region.
Discipline: Front & Back-End, Full-Stack, Project Managers, Architects, DevOps & Cloud Engineers, Data Engineer, Ux/UI Designers, Mobile (iOS, Android, Hybrid), among other skills.
Experience: Mid to Senior-Level developers.
Our team will notify you as soon as we start featuring developers in your region/discipline/experience level.
No, our service is completely free for developers. There are no costs envolved.
We work with global tech companies and fast-growing startups, most of them based in US.
The goal of our vetting process is to check your english level and to verify your hard & soft skills.
After submitting your application to join 5411 Hub, you will be invited to a “Quick Call” with our team. During this call, you will introduce yourself and answer questions about your background and experience to help our team verify your eligibility.
Then, you will take a technical assessment. We know that developers have different preferences for these kinds of tests, so you are given the choice: complete a coding challenge or pass an online technical interview.
Note: The vetting process described above applies to getting featured on 5411 Hub permanent remote jobs. There may be additional requirements to be eligible for 5411 Hub Freelance and Fast Apply Jobs.
If you do not pass the vetting process including the technical assessment, you are eligible to reapply again after six months, or before if you have already completed the required technical skills.
Yes, if you aren’t interested in the opportunity, you are free to decline the request. Please make sure you notice the recruiter previously.
Yes. While we focus on helping developers land permanent remote jobs, we also offer contract roles (short-term and long-term) as well as contract-to-hire positions. If you are interested, please indicate that you are open to contract roles when you sign up for 5411 Hub.
