Required Skills
- 3+ years in quality assurance testing
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of mobile and web environments, and UX considerations therein
- Understanding of documentation review, gap analysis, and user-centered design processes and associated assets, including requirements, wireframes, visual designs, etc.
- Extremely detail-oriented and analytical
- Able to present information in an organized and structured manner
- Able to proactively and consistently communicate with development team during testing cycles in order to ensure defect remediation
- Able to take your own initiative; strong self-starter mentality
- Strong desire to learn new tools and software platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CMS-driven corporate sites, ecommerce, high-traffic consumer sites
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with task hour estimations
- Experience with JIRA
