About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Director to spearhead commercial opportunities with brands and agencies, focusing on our innovative retail media solutions. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.β
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with brands in key industries such as supermarkets, banks, airlines, and pharmacies.β
- Establish and nurture commercial relationships with agencies and brands to drive growth and adoption of our retail media products.β
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial expansion strategy aimed at sustainable growth.β
- Build and monetize ad sales units leveraging first-party data from various industries.β
- Forge strategic partnerships with data-rich companies to create compelling advertising solutions.β
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate, optimize, and scale retail media solutions.β
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in business development, product vision, and commercial strategy, preferably in AdTech or MarTech.β
- Strong knowledge of the advertising industry with a solid network within brands and agencies.β
- Experience in selling SaaS technology products.β
- Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit.β
- Proven experience in retail media, AdTech/MarTech, data partnerships, or strategic consulting on data monetization.β
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships.β
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.β
