What You’ll Be Doing

Design and implement automated workflows across marketing, sales, onboarding, and client retention processes
Own and optimize integrations across Go High Level, HubSpot, Slack, and CRM platforms
Create and manage advanced automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, and custom scripts
Integrate AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and personalization in both internal and client-facing systems
Build and optimize AI-powered automations using tools like the ChatGPT API, Claude, and Make
Develop dashboards, alerts, and real-time reporting tools to support performance and decision-making
Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot tech stacks, and recommend improvements proactively
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and account teams to align systems with business goals
Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and scalable infrastructure to support a growing team and client base

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in automation, operations, or systems development—ideally in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment
Advanced knowledge of Go High Level, Zapier, and HubSpot (certifications are a plus)
Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and cross-platform data mapping
Proven experience building AI-powered automations (e.g. ChatGPT API, text classification)
Familiarity with Slack integrations for workflows, alerts, and productivity enhancements
Strategic, hands-on mindset—you take ownership and move fast
Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus: Experience with systems or CRMs related to the contractor/roofing industry
