We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Director to lead our strategic expansion into the U.S. pharmaceutical market. This is a senior-level opportunity to launch and scale high-impact sales initiatives for a global leader in cloud-based, AI-powered, and data-driven CRM and analytics solutions tailored to pharma companies.

Your Role
- Develop and implement a U.S. sales strategy aligned with our global growth roadmap.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and client outreach.
- Promote our innovative offerings: AI-powered CRM, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and data intelligence solutions.
- Represent us at major industry events and conferences, raising visibility and credibility.
- Lead deal negotiation, client acquisition, and partnership development to exceed revenue goals.
- Track performance and continuously optimize sales processes and outcomes.
About You
3+ years of experience in PharmaTech, SaaS, or healthcare technology sales leadership.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical CRM, data analytics, and commercial operations.
Proven track record of business growth, closing complex deals, and building strong client pipelines.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—ideally with startup/scale-up experience.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Experience as a CCO, VP of Sales, or similar executive role in MedTech or PharmaTech is highly preferred.
