CEO Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and other important commitments.
  • Ensure that the CEO is informed about their day and that all commitments are carried out smoothly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the CEO. It is vital that you can handle these tasks with professionalism and discretion, as you will deal with confidential and sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Fluent oral and written English.
  • 100% on-site position in GBA Norte.
