CJA (Sr. Manager Marketing Analytics and Strategy)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager in Marketing Analytics and Strategy to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with key clients and stakeholders to design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for the success of critical accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier services that support our global clientele. This role demands expertise in marketing analytics and operations, particularly with Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, and data-driven marketing strategies, along with a strong foundation in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data analytics team, overseeing 3-4 analysts and collaborating with strategists and solution architects to optimize client campaigns.
  • Guide the implementation of Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA, including data model configuration and the development of dashboards and visualizations.
  • Act as the main client liaison to understand needs and present advanced personalization and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing strategy, setting objectives, and executing real-time data-driven innovation programs.
  • Contribute to multichannel attribution implementation, customizing models according to business goals and fostering innovation in segmentation and reporting.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques to drive advanced analytics practices and generate predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • Develop enterprise-level analytics and martech solutions on data management and customer data platforms.

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, ideally in the sports or entertainment sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA, along with experience in personalization and customer data platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Technology, or similar; a Master’s is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing, organizing, and delivering end-to-end digital marketing projects on time.
  • Strategic thinking and consulting experience in marketing and analytics solutions, along with effective communication skills to influence high-impact decisions.
  • Adobe certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.
