About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive (CSE) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with assigned clients and related stakeholders to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of key accounts, maintaining healthy client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to support our global clients. This position requires deep marketing operations and digital marketing expertise, including proficiency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide constructive solutions for marketing automation platforms and manage end-to-end digital delivery.
- Maintain and communicate project plans, manage status meetings, and provide updates.
- Conduct campaign measurement and reporting activities, including measurement planning, post-launch monitoring, and campaign report delivery to key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison for supporting functions such as production, IT, and fulfillment. Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaign strategies, and execution calendars.
- Support the growth and retention of client relationships through annual and quarterly planning.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization.
- Working knowledge of leading marketing technologies (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Certification is a big plus.
- Experience supporting large enterprise clients and multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus for North America.
