We are currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Customer Journey Analytics to lead our North America team.
Role Overview: As a Director of Customer Journey Analytics, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the fan journey for a leading client in the sports and entertainment industry. This client-facing position demands advanced expertise in analytics, personalization, and a profound understanding of tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Apply practical knowledge of the Adobe AEP technology stack, covering data ingestion & models, CDP, analytics & reporting, and journey execution & optimization.
- Provide expert advice to clients on new metrics, dashboard development, and visualization, leveraging powerful technologies such as Adobe CJA.
- Client Collaboration:
- Act as the day-to-day Analytics lead on the account, managing 3-4 offshore data analysts.
- Work closely with other digital strategists & solution architects within the organization.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with strategy and leadership roles to brainstorm and design analytics solutions.
- Engage with various teams, including MarTech, Marketing, and Data & Analytics, to understand business needs and deliver best-in-class reporting solutions and real-time analytics dashboards.
- Advanced Analytics and Personalization:
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of analytics and its application to personalization in marketing.
- Leverage various data models and comprehend the technical workings and requirements of a robust enterprise data architecture.
- Experience in leveraging AI/ML for driving industry-leading analytics practices.
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing transformation by scoping and shaping analytics strategy, business goals, marketing innovation, programs, and deliverables.
- Provide consulting expertise for enterprise-wide marketing and analytics solutions.

Skills and Experience Desired:
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and solution development across various technologies and programs, including analytics, personalization, and Adobe-specific customer data platforms.
- Ability to generate advanced analytics and insights from raw data, encompassing both predictive and prescriptive approaches.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage martech solutions, including data management platforms and customer data platforms.
- Create and manage digital audiences in data management platforms and customer data platforms.
- Project manage through the full lifecycle, demonstrating the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in an industry-leading client environment and/or a leading digital marketing agency, ideally servicing the sports and entertainment sector.
- Analytics-driven marketing orientation and a proven track record are essential.
- The candidate will be Adobe certified or willing to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
