Position Overview:
We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Analyst to join our Development and Innovation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and train machine learning and deep learning models; perform data analysis; deploy and maintain AI solutions; and continuously research new techniques to improve our models. You will work collaboratively with various departments to identify problems and opportunities that can be addressed through AI, and clearly present your findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

• Design, develop, and train machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement and optimize AI algorithms for specific tasks.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Preprocess and clean data for use in AI models.

Implementation and Maintenance:

• Deploy AI models in production environments.
• Monitor and maintain models to ensure ongoing performance and accuracy.

Research and Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest advances in AI.
• Propose and test new techniques and approaches to improve existing models.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments to identify issues and opportunities solvable through AI.
• Present results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Key Challenges and Projects:

• Identify opportunities and benefits of applying AI to production processes.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative products and processes.
• Ensure that AI solutions are scalable to other facilities.
• Maintain model performance and accuracy as they scale.
• Overcome resistance to change and drive the adoption of new technologies.
• Foster a culture of innovation to keep the company at the forefront of technology in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Additional Studies: Postgraduate degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Advanced level.
• Experience Area: Industrial processes and manufacturing.

Desirable Requirements:

• Programming skills in Python (preferred), R, Matlab, or C++.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Apache Kafka.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and presenting results.
