Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst – Data Visualization to join our team. As a Data Analyst – Data Visualization, you will be responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of loyalty program data, driving actionable insights, and assisting in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on loyalty program data to drive actionable insights.
- Assist in marketing campaign analytics, UTM & customer analytics, and loyalty program management.
- Create clear and insightful KPIs and metrics, charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Communicate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for clients.
- Present findings in presentations or reports in a structured manner.
- Synthesize complex data and illuminate data-driven opportunities and challenges.
- Work autonomously to high standards with a high degree of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or strong interest in marketing campaign analytics, UTM & customer analytics, and loyalty program management.
- Degree preferred in a quantitative or scientific field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization techniques with proven experience in creating clear and insightful KPIs and metrics, charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written client communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an inherent curiosity to understand the “why.”
- Must work in an autonomous fashion, to high standards with a high degree of attention to detail.
