Job Title: Marketing Analyst – Business Requirements
Region Support: LATAM
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst – Business Requirements, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting, aligning, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders in support of the analysis and preparation of customer analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, align, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility of business requirements.
- Create requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct basic data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence (BI) software for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Document meeting minutes, next steps, and actions, and communicate updates to client stakeholders.
- Create clear and concise documentation that serves as a reference for project activities and decisions.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.
- At least 1+ years of experience managing and prioritizing digital deliverables.
- Degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in requirement elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), and use case development.
- Capable of conducting basic data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Experience or strong interest in tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence (BI) software for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in documenting meeting minutes, next steps, and actions, and communicating updates to client stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
