As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales of our HR SaaS product. This full-time remote position offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team, leveraging your skills in sales and communication to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout the market to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the HR sector.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Master cold calling and outbound selling by understanding the fundamentals of transforming unengaged prospects into high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to pitch our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to close sales and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
  • Stay informed about HR industry trends and developments to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience prospecting B2B SaaS software in the US Mid-market.
  • Strong background in business development, preferably within the tech or HR industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales automation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Ability to onboard quickly with a go-getter, hands-on attitude.
