We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a leading international company, a global provider of data, technology, and services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. With solutions available in over 47 countries, the company is now expanding its operations into the United States as part of its startup phase.
This role presents a high-growth opportunity but requires a candidate willing to embrace the challenges of a startup environment and contribute to business development from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Build and manage client relationships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical companies.
Research and identify target markets, conduct strategic analyses, and execute business plans.
Expand the company’s presence by networking within the industry and acquiring new clients.
Represent the company at external conferences and industry events.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s services to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor and manage Customer Account Plans and business targets, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Representative in pharma tech product companies.
Proven ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments.
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
Experience as a CCO in MedTech services and solutions is a strong advantage.
