Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will engage with potential clients, showcase our services, and drive sales in our expanding markets. This full-time position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, leveraging your sales expertise to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the software development outsourcing industry.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively pitch our services, specifically focusing on Java, Ruby, and .NET technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments, particularly related to Java, Ruby, and .NET, to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech or software development outsourcing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong background in business development and lead generation.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Java, Ruby, and .NET technologies.
  • A pragmatic attitude and approach to solving problems.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a “let’s do it!” attitude.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
