At 5411hub, we’re supporting a fast-growing digital agency in the search for a Salesperson to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads coming from digital marketing campaigns and converting that interest into sales.
The product is easy to sell and the sales cycles are short, but the real challenge lies in moving fast, handling a high volume of leads, and troubleshooting potential technical issues throughout the process. The position offers performance-based bonuses, making it a great fit for energetic and results-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads via phone and Zoom to convert them into customers
- Work quickly and efficiently to manage a high volume of incoming leads
- Build trust and deliver a positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn bonuses
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the sales process
Requirements
- High level of English (spoken and written) – essential
- Tech-savvy: confident using tools like Excel, CRMs, social media platforms, and web-based applications
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and people-oriented
- No prior experience or formal education required – a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key
