Job Description: Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer

Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our dynamic delivery team. As a Senior AEP Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and data science, to deliver innovative solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading global brands, contributing to the development of robust techno-functional skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Design & Planning:
   • Participate in the technical design and planning process, ensuring the implementation of best practices in technology.
2. Solution Development:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEP solutions that meet clients’ business objectives.
3. Agility and Problem Solving:
   • Identify and address roadblocks, provide workarounds, and exhibit agility in project execution. Ability to construct new techno-functional case studies.
4. Data Models and Integration:
   • Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.
5. Data Governance:
   • Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data.
6. Performance and Security:
   • Ensure AEP solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
7. Guidance and Mentorship:
   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.
8. Industry Trends:
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digital marketing.
9. Collaboration Skills:
   • Collaborate effectively and use technical skills to drive projects from design concept to innovative scientific solutions.
10. Leadership and Innovation:
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop groundbreaking innovations. Be the go-to person for internal and client teams on strategic questions.
11. Best Practices:
    • Ensure best practices, frameworks, and tools are appropriately utilized by internal teams and reflected in client presentations.

Minimum Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good stakeholder and PMO skills.
