Job Position: Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Strategy with extensive experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA (Analysis Workspace). In this client-facing role, you will leverage your practical knowledge of the Adobe AEP technology stack to deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights. Our client, a leader in the sports and entertainment industry, will benefit from your experience and passion for sports.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day analytics for a major sports and entertainment client, managing a team of 3-4 offshore data analysts.
  • Advise clients on new metrics, dashboard development, and data visualization using Adobe CJA.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including MarTech, Marketing, and Data & Analytics, to deliver real-time analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design analytical solutions that address business needs and optimize marketing programs.
  • Provide consulting expertise in marketing and analytics solutions, with a strong focus on personalization and segmentation.
  • Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging diverse opinions and innovative technology integration.
  • Handle ambiguous and unstructured problems, offering strategic solutions and advanced analytics insights.
  • Cultivate an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively for greater achievements.
  • Communicate complex marketing, analytics, and data challenges clearly and recommend solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven strategic thinking, leadership, and solution development in analytics, personalization, and Adobe customer data platforms.
  • Experience in generating advanced analytics and insights from raw data, including predictive and prescriptive approaches.
  • Experience driving digital marketing transformation and shaping analytical and marketing innovation strategies.
  • Proficiency in multi-touch attribution models and custom-tailored solution recommendations.
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise data architecture and the use of AI/ML for industry-leading analytics practices.
  • Ability to manage projects through their full lifecycle, delivering on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leading client environment or digital marketing agency, preferably in the sports and entertainment sector.
  • An analytics-driven marketing orientation with a proven track record.
  • Adobe certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
