Software Development Director

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Development to join our team and lead critical and cutting-edge technological projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee and lead software development projects in multiple technologies, including JAVA, .NET, C++, AWS, and other relevant technologies. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Strategy Definition:
- Work closely with company leaders to define product and project development strategies. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Coordination with External Suppliers:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic external suppliers for collaboration on joint projects. Supervise and manage these collaborations effectively.
Quality and Confidentiality:
- Ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and security. Reliability and 24/7 service continuity are crucial and must never fail.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Hire, train, and develop team members.
Resource Management:
- Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to achieve established objectives.
Evaluation of Emerging Technologies:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technological trends and assess their applicability to future projects.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in leadership roles in software development, preferably in companies with critical and mission-critical services.
- Deep knowledge of development technologies such as JAVA, .NET, C++, and experience in AWS cloud.
- Experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects.
- Leadership skills and ability to lead high-performance teams.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 continuous service environment where reliability is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an interdepartmental environment.
Language Skills:
- Advanced English.
